16 slices soft bread
2 eggs
4 tbsp milk
1/3 c sugar
1tsp cinnamon
Filling of your choice( I used softened cream cheese and strawberry jam)
Instructions
Place piece of bread on a cutting board and trim your crust if you like(I actually didn't trim the crust). W a rolling pin roll your bread flat. At one end of your bread place your filling(just a small strip) and roll up. In a dish combined sugar and cinnamon, mix well. In another dish combine eggs and milk. Mix well. Heat pan over med low, melt butter to coat the pan. Dunk bread roll in egg mixture and place in the pan seam side down. Cook till all sides r golden brown. Roll in cinnamon sugar mix and serve. Enjoy!
